We talk in depth to each prospective caregiver one-on-one to delve into their experience in the field and their specific skills and background. It’s through these conversations that we get a real sense if a person is caring enough and skilled enough for you to be comfortable with him or her in your home.

Checking 6 references

Every reputable agency will check references. At Minute Women, however, we verify each reference for accuracy and acceptability. We make sure that your caregiver brings the right attitude, compassion and skill set to your home.

Follow up with every placement

We call you immediately after placing your caregiver and follow up regularly to ensure that you are completely comfortable and confident in your caregiver’s ability to meet your family’s needs.

Criminal and driving record checks

When someone is going to be caring for your children or driving them around, complete trust must be established. We conduct extensive background checks to ensure you are completely at ease with your caregivers.
